This is one of my favorite lunches.
Monday through Friday I have salad and soup but on the weekends I splurge and have a sandwich. Today's listing even has the forbidden mayonaisse - but at least it's fat free.
Recipe
1 Can of Tuna in water
Fat Free Mayo to taste
A tablespoon or two of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
A tablespoon of Champagne Vinegar
Salt & Pepper
Banana Peppers and/or Jalapenos
Red Pepper Flakes
